The following organizations and agencies are in need of volunteers. Please visit their web sites to get more information.
Utah's CASA Program - Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) is looking for volunteers, over the age of 21, to work with abused and neglected children. CASA needs volunteers to advocate for abused, neglected, and dependent Hispanic/Latino children from birth to 18 years of age who are involved, through no fault of their own, in juvenile court.
Salt Lake County Aging Services - Salt Lake County Aging Services has volunteer opportunities to work with older adults, children, teach or provide services, advocacy and support.
The Village Project - The Village Project is a volunteer mentor program sponsored by the Third District Juvenile Court. The project serves court-involved youth in Salt Lake County.
Life Start Village- Family Support Center
The Rape Recovery Center (RRC) needs volunteers. RRC volunteers provide crisis intervention services and educate the community about rape and sexual violence. Volunteers needed for the 24-hour Crisis Line, Hospital Response Team and/or Community Education Team.
